Privacy Policy

1. About the app

MMT Jacquard Transfer is an industrial utility application developed by Mudassar Multi Tech (MMT). It is designed to connect an Android device to supported MMT Jacquard Controller hardware, select jacquard design files, transfer designs to the controller, verify transfers, and manage supported controller settings.

2. Information the app accesses or processes

The app may access or process the following information only as needed for its industrial controller functions:

• Nearby controller and connection information: Bluetooth and local Wi-Fi/network access may be used to discover, connect to, and communicate with supported MMT controller hardware.
• User-selected design files: DAT design files selected by the user are read for local processing and transfer to the controller.
• Controller information: controller status, transfer/verification information, device name, signal information, and supported configuration values may be displayed or processed during a local controller session.
• Local app preferences: limited app settings may be stored on the Android device so that the application can operate as configured by the user.

The app does not use Bluetooth scanning to build a location profile, track the user's physical movements, or provide location-based advertising.

3. Data collection and sharing

As of the effective date of this policy, MMT Jacquard Transfer does not require a user account and does not send user-selected jacquard design files to an MMT cloud server. Design files are processed locally and transferred directly to the connected controller.

The current public-release configuration does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. Mudassar Multi Tech does not sell personal information processed through the app.

4. Permissions and local device access

Depending on the Android version and device, the app may request permissions required for Bluetooth or nearby-device discovery, local Wi-Fi/network communication, and user-selected file access. These permissions are used to provide the app's controller-connection and design-transfer functions.

On Android versions where the operating system associates Bluetooth scanning with location-related system settings or permissions, MMT Jacquard Transfer does not use that access to determine, store, sell, or share the user's physical location.

5. Data retention and deletion

Mudassar Multi Tech does not maintain an app user-account database for MMT Jacquard Transfer. Data used for normal controller operation is primarily processed locally on the Android device and/or the connected controller. Local application preferences can be removed by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app. User-selected source files remain under the user's control in their original device storage unless the user removes them.

6. Security

MMT Jacquard Transfer is intended for direct communication with supported industrial controller hardware. We take reasonable measures to limit application access to the functions and permissions required for that purpose. Users should keep their Android device and controller access information secure and should install the application only from the official distribution source.

7. Children's privacy

MMT Jacquard Transfer is an industrial machine-control utility and is not designed or directed for use by children.

8. Future changes

If the app's data practices change—for example through the addition of analytics, advertising, cloud services, or other data-handling features—this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data safety declarations will be updated as required before or with the applicable release.
